Northallerton 10K 2026 : event overview
Northallerton 10K takes place in Northallerton, North Yorkshire on 24 May 2026. The organising team aims to host a 10K race representative of the town, raise funds for the Northallerton charity Pendragon Community Trust, and provide an enjoyable event atmosphere. The race has previously been completed by participants aged 15 to 82.
Course, facilities and entry
The event distance is 10 kilometres on a single lap road course with an undulating profile. The route runs from Northallerton High Street out onto predominantly country roads. The course is described as heavily marshalled and not suitable for wheelchairs. Facilities listed include water stations, distance markers and toilets; there are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage store. Entry is limited to 1,500 places; the listing shows 1,392 remaining places at the time of publication. Prices are £22.00 for general entrants and £20.00 for affiliated running club members. Entry price includes chip timing, a finisher medal, water at 5 km and the finish, and a T-shirt for runners who enter before 1 February 2026.
