Event overview
The NorthShore Run is a fall running event in Duluth, Minnesota, that includes two road races. The event takes place along the Lake Superior shore and uses local roadways, including sections of Interstate 35 and tunnel passages. Distances offered:

Course and logistics
The Aspirus Health Half Marathon is a 13.1 mile point-to-point course that runs along the North Shore Drive of Lake Superior and enters the I-35 interstate for the final miles, including passage through the I-35 tunnels. The half finishes at St. Louis Bay alongside the William A. Irvin freighter. Bus transport is provided for half marathon participants.
The Finden Marketing Tunnel 10k is a 6.2 mile loop that runs through six tunnels on I-35 and returns alongside St. Louis Bay to the same finish area at the William A. Irvin. The 10k uses a closed course and includes live music along the route. This race does not provide bussing; participants are asked to park at the DECC and meet on the interstate overpass near the Depot. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
