Wild Santa Run
The Wild Santa Run takes place in Duluth, Minnesota, beginning and ending at the Wild State Cider taproom. This winter-themed event features two distinct distances for participants of different ages:
- 5K Fun Run
- 0.25 Miles Reindeer Run (for children 8 years old and under)
Individuals participating in the 5K receive a five-piece Santa Suit to wear during the run. The entry fee also includes a post-race cider and access to an all-ages after-party at the taproom. This celebration includes live holiday music and the option to drink cider indoors or outside by bonfires.
The Reindeer Run is specifically designed for children aged 8 and under who are able to run independently. Participating children receive a pair of antlers as part of their registration.
All registration must be completed online, as there is no race day packet pick-up available for the 2026 event. Participants are required to collect their packets at the Wild State Cider taproom during the week leading up to the race, from Monday through Friday.
The event site does not provide parking in the taproom lot on the day of the race. Participants and spectators are expected to use surrounding street parking. Because parts of the event take place outdoors near bonfires, attendees are advised to dress for cold weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
