No Walk in the Park 5k is a licensed and officially measured road race held on the paved paths around Queen's Park, Boythorpe Road, Chesterfield, S40 2ND. The course is multi-lap and of undulating character. The event on Saturday 06 December 2025 features a 5K distance. Event licence number is 28716 and the course measurement certificate is 21/363. Entries and prizes
Entry fees are: Unaffiliated £5.00 and Affiliated £5.00. Entries close on 06/12/2025. Transfers are permitted up to two days before the event; transfers close on 03/12/2025. Finishers who complete six of the 12 monthly races in the series receive a memento. Prizes are awarded to winners and runners up in each age category. A cash prize of £100 is offered for any male or female who breaks the course record; current course records stand at 00:14:59 (male) and 00:17:03 (female).
