Niwot Mile
The Niwot Mile is a point to point downhill mile held on July 4, 2026, in Niwot, Colorado. The course starts at Niwot High School and finishes at Niwot Market as part of a July 4th celebration.

Standard registration for the Niwot Mile is $25 with processing fees included; the kids category is $10 with processing fees included. Registration includes a race T in adult and kids sizes and post-race snacks. Shirts are not guaranteed for race day registration.
Packet pickup and race shirts are available on July 3 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at Niwot Market. Race day packet pickup and registration take place in the Niwot Market parking lot from 6:00 am to 7:15 am.
Following the race a pancake breakfast will be held at Niwot Market. Prices are ages 12 and older $8, ages 5 to 11 $5, and ages 4 and under free. The Niwot Community marching band will perform during the festivities.
Parking is available at the Niwot High School parking lot and on the north side of the Niwot Market parking lot, with additional residential parking nearby. Proceeds from the event will go to local charities in Boulder County. Over $1000 in prize money will be awarded to top finishers and masters, and age group prizes are provided by Niwot Market.
