Niceville Sunset Stampede 5K : July 25, 2026
The Niceville Sunset Stampede is an evening, glow themed run/walk held at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Florida. The event supports the Niceville High School Boys and Girls Cross Country teams and offers both a competitive 5K and a shorter community option.
Event offerings include:
- 5K two loop course around the college perimeter
- 1 mile fun run or walk option
The 5K course features a water stop at mile 1.5. The event is dog and stroller friendly; participants are encouraged to use glow lights for visibility. Awards are given for Overall Male and Female and for age groups in the 5K. No awards are given for the 1 mile distance.
Race shirts are provided to the first 250 registrants, and shirt size is guaranteed for registrations completed by July 10. Registration opens March 1 and closes July 11. The published registration fee for each distance is $40.00.
