Niagara Falls USA Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and Historic Lewiston 5K
The event takes place in Lewiston, NY on April 24-25, 2026 and is organized by iRun WNY. Distances offered are:

Courses
The marathon, half marathon, and 10K start and finish inside Artpark State Park. Routes run through Artpark, up the pathway adjacent to the Niagara Scenic Parkway to the top of Lewiston Hill, and along the Niagara River Gorge. The course passes the Niagara Power Project, Devil's Hole, and Whirlpool State Park, with a turnaround near the Whirlpool Bridge. The full marathon consists of two laps of the half-marathon course. The 10K turnaround is located just prior to the Niagara Power Project. The Historic Lewiston 5K starts and finishes at Marilyn Toohey Park and runs through neighborhoods north of Center Street on a mostly flat course.
Logistics, services and awards
Participants may park in the lower lot at Artpark via the 4th Street entrance. Early packet pickup is offered on April 23 at Brickyard Brewing Company in Lewiston; race day packet pickup is available at each race start/finish. The half-marathon course has 11 hydration and restroom stations on the 13.1-mile out-and-back route; stations provide water and Gatorade. Professional RFID timing is used and results are published online. Trophies are presented to top overall male and female finishers. Marathon and half-marathon finishers receive a custom finisher medal. Age-group awards follow standard categories from 14 and under up to 80 and older.
Policies
There are no refunds. Organizers may reschedule or convert the event to a virtual race. One-time deferrals are allowed for the half and full through March 15, 2026; marathon entrants may transfer to the half up until race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
