Event Overview
The event consists of multiple races on two separate days. The Historic Lewiston 5K takes place on Friday, April 24, 2026. The Niagara Falls USA Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

Course Information
All Saturday races start and finish inside Artpark State Park in Lewiston, NY. Participants run through Artpark and up a pathway adjacent to the Niagara Scenic Parkway to the top of Lewiston Hill. The route continues along the Niagara River Gorge, passing the Niagara Power Project, Devil's Hole, and Whirlpool State Park. The marathon involves two laps of the half-marathon course. The 10K turnaround is before the Niagara Power Project.
The Historic Lewiston 5K on Friday starts and finishes at Marilyn Toohey Park. The course is described as fast and flat, running through area neighborhoods north of Center Street.
Registration Details
Online registration remains open until race day or until sold out. Registration fees increase after December 31, 2025. Those who register by 9:00 AM on Friday, April 17, 2026, are guaranteed a race shirt in their requested size.
Additional Information
Early packet pickup is offered on Thursday, April 23, at the Brickyard Brewing Company. Race-day packet pickup opens two hours before each race's start. A mail-in registration option is available.
The marathon course has 11 water stations offering water and Gatorade. A post-race celebration with food and music takes place at the finish line of each race. Brickyard Brewing Company offers discount pricing on draft beer to runners.
Age group awards are given for all distances, and marathon and half-marathon finishers receive a custom medal. Professional RFID timing is provided. In case of foul weather or safety concerns, the event may be rescheduled or converted to a virtual race; no refunds are issued.
