Inflatable 5K Newbury 2027
The Inflatable 5K takes place in Newbury, Berkshire on Saturday 16th October 2027. The event is an inflatable obstacle course featuring giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels, and the organiser presents it as one of the UK's largest inflatable obstacle course events. Each lap of the course is 2.5 km and repeats the same inflatables.
Distances available include:
- 2.5k - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k - 2 laps, 30 obstacles (includes three new obstacles this year)
- 10k - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The event is described as fun focused and non timed. On-course features include five music zones, a midway water station, medical cover, event photography, a clearly marked route and a finisher's medal and goodie bag for participants. A free spectators area is provided; spectators must remain in designated areas.
Participation details note adults are 16 and over, and children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Practical information from the organiser includes paid parking at £5 per car, a bag drop charged at £3 per bag, provision of toilets, and a policy that dogs are not allowed.
