The New Year New Me 5K - South Florida is scheduled for Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Markham Park, 16001 FL-84, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33326. The event is hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization. The listed entry price is $40, and the price increases after December 31, 2025 at 11:59pm EST. Logistics and awards
Chip timing will be provided by Southern Timing, LLC with live results, results kiosks, and an individual results page that includes a 20 second clip of each runner crossing the start and finish lines. All participants will receive a performance T-shirt, a finisher medal, and a swag bag with items from sponsors and vendors. Packet pick-up is scheduled at Runners Depot at Weston on January 2 from 3:00pm-6:00pm, with additional packet pick-up available on race morning starting at 6:30am.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers; prize amounts are to be announced. Age group awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in these groups: 10 & under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. Sponsors listed include Runners Depot.
