Sunrise Florida Half Marathon and 5K

The Sunrise Florida Half Marathon and 5K is scheduled for March 20, 2027, at Markham Park in Sunrise, Florida (16001 FL-84, Sunrise FL 33326). The event offers two race distances:

5K

Packet pickup is available early on Friday, March 19 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Runner's Depot Davie, and race day packet pickup is offered onsite between 5:45 AM and 6:15 AM. Ample parking and restrooms are available at Markham Park. An athlete guide with race week details is released prior to the event.

The course includes aid stations with water and Gatorade approximately every two miles. The event enforces a 3.5 hour course time limit; walkers may participate if they can finish within that limit. Live tracking and real-time results are provided through the Elite Events Tracker app, which also offers interactive course maps, course flyovers, and split information. Race photos and videos are produced and typically available a few days after the event.

Participants receive event apparel with a choice of technical shirts or cotton tanks, a colorful finisher medal with onsite engraving, post-race refreshments, and awards for the top five finishers in each age group.
