Sunrise Florida Half Marathon and 5k
The Sunrise Florida event is scheduled for March 20, 2027 at Markham Park in Sunrise, Florida. The event is presented as the 10th annual edition and offers two race distances:
- Half marathon
- 5k
The course runs on trails and paths inside Markham Park and passes lakes and varied natural habitats. The route includes a mix of flat sections and gentle hills. Aid stations will provide water and Gatorade at approximately every two miles or less. The event lists a time limit of 3.5 hours.
Packet pick up is available early on Friday, March 19 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Runner's Depot in Davie, and there is race day packet pick up. Entries include technical shirts and cotton tanks. Finishers may choose either a finisher medal or a finisher mug, and personalized engraving on the back of medals is offered at the event for a fee of $10.
