Nene Valley Trail Run
The event offers two trail races of 10 miles and 20 miles, held on Saturday 13 June 2026. Both races start from Castle Farm Campsite in Fotheringhay, near Peterborough, PE8 5HZ. Routes run on easy tracks and paths through rolling Northamptonshire countryside.
- 10 miles: entry fee £33
- 20 miles: entry fee £44
Both courses are fully marked and marshalled and include well stocked aid stations. Participants are asked to bring their own cup or water bottle for the aid stations as part of an effort to reduce waste. Camping is available on the Friday and Saturday nights at the campsite; there are no showers but a river is adjacent and there are clean portaloos. Camping should be booked through the event entry system when booking a place.
The event records show entries open on 16 June 2025 and close on 11 June 2026. There are no refunds for non-attendance, but entries may be transferred to another person via the entry system. One pound from every entry will be donated to Kings Cliffe Active. Optional extras include a T-shirt or a Trees not Tees donation and the option to purchase XCover for possible refund protection.
