Kettering Christmas 10k and 5k 2025 : event overview
The event takes place on Sunday 14 December 2025 at Wicksteed Park. It is a chip timed road and park race that uses tarmac roads and hard gravel paths and avoids grass. The course is the same as used in 2024. The event includes a Christmas theme and offers a bespoke medal and Christmas goodies at the finish.
Race details and facilities
- 10K - Minimum age 15; affiliated £20, unaffiliated £22
- 5K - Minimum age 11; affiliated £16, unaffiliated £18
- 3K - Minimum age 7; affiliated £7, unaffiliated £9
- Christmas Scurry - Approx. 500 m; aimed at young children; entry £5
Trophies are awarded to the overall top three male and female finishers for each distance. The 10K also has age-group prizes for male and female 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+; age is taken on race day and overall top three are excluded from age-category prizes. Prizes are also offered for best festive outfits. Wicksteed Park provides parking, toilets, and refreshments. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
