Event details
The Inaugural Head for the Cure 5K - Nashville is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Edwin Warner Park (50 Vaughn Rd, Nashville, TN 37221). The event includes a 5K race and a Kids Fun Run, which is an untimed dash for children 9 or younger. The program also features a brain tumor survivor photo and community recognitions described as Keeping the Faith, Legacy of Love, and other special recognitions. Day-of packet pick up is available.

Registration options and listed prices include: Early Bird 5K for $34 (includes event t-shirt, timing bib, and medal; ages 9 and up), Early Bird 5K + Dog for $49 (includes t-shirt, timing bib, a dog bandana, and medals), Kids Fun Run for $25 (child 9 or younger; includes event t-shirt and ribbon), and Virtual Registration for $40 (includes event t-shirt and a mailed finisher medal; race materials cannot be picked up). All attendees are given the opportunity to fundraise. Funds raised will benefit the Nashville brain tumor community, Path to Hope, and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives.
