Logistics and race rules
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants receive a long sleeve tee and a finisher medal. A Doggie Dash add-on is available; participating dogs receive a medal, bib, and bandana. Jogging strollers and pets are permitted on course, but participants bringing a pet or pushing a stroller must start at the back of the pack and are asked to clean up after their animals. The 5K has a one-hour time limit beginning when a runner crosses the start line. Packet pickup occurs the two days before the race at DICK’S Sporting Goods locations in Mt. Juliet and West Nashville. Free parking is available in Nissan Stadium lots G, M, and R; lots G and M are accessible via Woodland Street. Restrooms and first aid are available at the start/finish area.
