Music City Turkey Trot
The Music City Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving running event in Nashville that takes place at Nissan Stadium on November 26, 2026. The event offers timed and untimed participation and provides finisher medals and participant shirts to all paid finishers.
Distances include:
- 5K
- 1 Mile
- Doggie Dash add-on for dogs with a medal, bib, and bandana
Registration is non-refundable and non-deferrable. Participants may transfer to a different distance at no transfer fee but must pay any price difference between distances; transferring to another individual carries a $5 fee.
Packet pickup occurs at Nissan Stadium and is required to collect the race number and t-shirt. One additional person may pick up a packet for someone else if they present the participant confirmation email and a copy of the participant's valid ID.
The 5K has a one hour time limit and walking is allowed. There is no age limit to participate. First aid and restrooms are available at the start and finish area.
Awards are given in multiple age categories for top male and female finishers, plus an overall awards group and a costume contest. Awards must be picked up at the awards tent and cannot be mailed.
Course routing and parking may be adjusted by city authorities; specific parking access includes entry to lots G and M via Woodland Street. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
