MTC Redcap

The MTC REDCAP is a challenging 55.1-mile ultra marathon held in Scotland, starting at the Gretna Chase Hotel near the English-Scottish border and finishing at the Traquair Arms Hotel in Innerleithen. It serves as Day 1 of the nine-day MTC SCOTIA multi-race, part of the Mount to Coast End to End Challenge Series. The route features varied terrain with significant ascent and descent, requiring competitors to maintain a minimum pace of 4 mph to continue.
