MTC LEJOG 2030
The Mount to Coast LEJOG 2030 is a supported, multi-day ultra running challenge covering approximately 854 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats. The event runs over 17 consecutive days, with competitors averaging about 50 miles each day and following an established route through England into Scotland.

The entry package includes hotel accommodation for 16 nights, full catering with breakfast and evening meals, checkpoint refreshments, luggage transfer, GPS tracking with an SOS function, and bespoke finisher awards. Mount to Coast is the title sponsor and will supply each competitor with a complimentary pair of running shoes before the event.
The route is not fully waymarked; competitors are responsible for navigation using supplied GPX files and must carry mandatory kit. A minimum average pace of 4 mph applies and daily stage cut-off times are enforced; those who fall below the required standard may be withdrawn. Places are limited to 12 competitors and fees are non-refundable. Charity entry options are available with a reduced deposit and a fundraising requirement.
The event schedule includes detailed daily stage information, ascent and descent figures for later stages, and live tracking so others can follow progress.
