Man Up & Down

Man Up & Down is a 20k trail running event set along the stunning North Cornish Coast, organized by a Cornwall-based events company. Scheduled for May 17, 2025, the race begins at Portreath beach and concludes in Perranporth, featuring a checkpoint at St. Agnes Head.

This event supports Man Down Cornwall, which provides mental health support for men facing everyday pressures.
