Man Up & Down - Portreath Beach
Man Up & Down is a timed 20 km coast path trail run along the North Cornwall coast. The route starts at Portreath beach and finishes in Perranporth, following the rugged coastline and coastal paths. There is one checkpoint at St Agnes Head stocked with fluids and salt and sugar snacks.

There are no cut off times for the event. The event is timed by an app service and there will be no chip timing. Every participant receives a Man Up & Down medal and there are awards for the top three male and top three female finishers. Participants must be 18 years of age or above.
Optional elements include a voluntary donation toward Man Down Cornwall when booking, a requestable sponsorship form, and an extra-cost return minibus from Perranporth back to Portreath; minibuses run when full or nearly full so there may be a wait. Participants are advised to carry a mobile phone and bring their own fluid for safety. Further event details will be provided by the organiser closer to race day.
