Man Up & Down 2026
Man Up & Down 2026 is the seventh running of a 20 km coastal trail event on 9 May 2026 in Portreath, Great Britain. The course follows the North Cornish Coast and finishes in Perranporth. The event supports Man Down Cornwall, an organisation that provides a safe space to meet the emotional and mental health needs of men.
The event is timed using the ST App Service; there will be no chip timing. There are no cut off times. Every participant will receive a medal, awards will be presented to the top finishers, and race photography will be provided at no extra charge.
Entry options include an optional donation to support the charity, an optional return shuttle from Perranporth to Portreath, and an event race tee. All participants must be 18 years of age or older. The event is organised by Purple Gecko Events.

- 20 km trail run along North Cornish Coast from Portreath to Perranporth
- 20 km Canicross along the same course
