Man Up & Down - Portreath

Man Up & Down is a 20k coastal trail race in Cornwall, starting at Portreath Beach and finishing in Perranporth. The route follows sea cliffs to the finish, with an aid checkpoint at St. Agnes Head stocked with fluids and snacks.

The event emphasizes safety, asks participants to carry a mobile phone and fluids, and has no cut-off time. All finishers receive a medal, with podium prizes for the top three male and female athletes. Proceeds support Man Down Cornwall, a charity providing a safe space for men facing mental health challenges; optional return minibuses are available.
