Event Overview
Bownder is a running event held at Lamarth Farm in Helston, Cornwall. It is a looped course contained within the farm and its lanes.

Practical Information
The event has a UKA/ARC permit. The organizer states that crew is allowed but support runners on the course are not permitted.
