Bownder

Bownder is a festival of running held at Lamarth Farm, near Helston in West Cornwall. The event features a looped course entirely contained within the farm and its lanes, offering seven distance options to suit all abilities: 10k, half marathon, marathon, 50k, 50 miles, 100k and 100 miles. Runners and walkers can enjoy a welcoming, festival atmosphere with generous cut-offs and a self-contained rural racing experience.

Entries are available for UKA/ARC affiliated or unaffiliated participants. The weekend event runs across May 16–17, 2026, and is organized by Bys Vyken Events, providing a unique, environment-friendly Cornwall racing experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
