MTC Boggart

The MTC Boggart is a 38-mile ultra running event that marks the first day of the Mount to Coast Albion challenge, a thirteen-day series traversing England. Starting from the Gretna Chase Hotel in Gretna Green and finishing at the Kings Arms Hotel in Penrith, the race follows a scenic route similar to the JOGLE event but with shorter daily distances. Participants are required to maintain a minimum pace of 4 mph and must carry essential gear for varying weather conditions.
