Mt. Hope Church 5K Run for Missions : Salisbury, NC
The 12th annual Mt. Hope Church 5K Run for Missions takes place on April 10, 2027, at Salisbury Community Park, 935 Hurley School Road, Salisbury NC. The event is organized as a fundraising run and fun run with proceeds used to support local and international missions, including feeding the homeless, back-to-school supplies, toy drives, pregnancy support, and other local outreach activities.

- 5K Run/Walk
- Half mile Fun Run for children age 10 and under
Early registration fees are $30 for the 5K and $10 for the fun run; race-day registration is higher. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrants who register by March 1 and will be available on race day while supplies last.
Awards for the 5K include top overall male and female prizes and medallions for 1st through 3rd place in each age group. Age groups span from 11 and under through 70 and over. The fun run awards the top three overall in the 10 and under category and provides medals to all participants. Awards are presented on race day and are not mailed; participants must complete the race to receive an award.
