Distances and Format
Participants can choose from several race formats:
- Triathlon: Standard distance or Sprint distance.
- Aquabike: Standard distance or Sprint distance.

Course Details
The event features three distinct stages.
Swim The swim takes place in Dock 9, a world-class open water venue. The distances are 1.5 km for the Standard race and 750 m for the Sprint race.
Bike The bike course is described as fast and flat. It is a multi-lap course on a mixture of closed and open roads in Trafford and The Quays. Distances are 43.7 km for the Standard race and 21.8 km for the Sprint race.
Run The run course takes participants around local landmarks, including the Lowry Theatre and the Imperial War Museum North.
Event Inclusions
Registered athletes receive a bespoke medal, a goody bag with a swim cap, and race photos. Trophies and prizes are awarded for overall champions, each triathlon age group, Aquabike champions, and relay teams.
