About the race
The Morally Grey 5K Run/Walk is a community running event held on October 31, 2026, at Petoskey Waterfront Park along the Little Traverse Wheel Way. The event features a 5K run or walk on a fully paved, accessible pathway. It is organized by the Storykeepers and is open to all ages; participants may wear costumes if they wish.
Registration opens June 13, 2026 at 12:00 and closes August 2, 2026 at 23:59, with a registration fee of $35.00. A branded shirt is provided with registration. The 5K is professionally timed and all participants receive a medal at the finish.
A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to the Great Start Collaborative and Family Coalition of Charlevoix, Emmet, and Northern Antrim Counties to support local literacy efforts.
