Moonlit Mile 5K - Richmond, KY
The Moonlit Mile 5K takes place on July 24, 2026 at White Hall Park (Pavilion Area), 500 White Hall Shrine Road, Richmond, KY 40475. It is the event's third annual edition and is organized by Lunar Fitness & Wellness LLC to raise funds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace Richmond. One hundred percent of race proceeds and donations will support SHP Richmond, a volunteer organization that builds, assembles, and delivers fully furnished beds and bunk beds for children and families in need. SHP Richmond provides new mattresses, bedding, and pillows as part of its deliveries.

The event uses paved park trails and is held in the evening during summer. Race features include commemorative short-sleeved poly/cotton T-shirts (Unisex S-4XL, Youth S-XL), a chip-timed 5K, awards for the top three male and female overall finishers and top three male and female in age groups from 0-14 through 70+, free race photos, and prerace yoga offered as a $10 add-on.
