Event Overview
US Road Running organizes a race event in Richmond, Kentucky, featuring three distinct distances on a paved course. Course Information
The race is held on out-and-back routes, with participants completing multiple laps depending on their selected distance. The 5K and 10K courses utilize a 1.56-mile segment, while the Half Marathon follows a 2.18-mile segment. The time limit for all participants to complete their chosen course is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
- 5K: Two laps of the 1.56-mile out-and-back course.
- 10K: Four laps of the 1.56-mile out-and-back course.
- Half Marathon: Six laps of the 2.18-mile out-and-back course.
Awards and Recognition
All finishers receive a themed medal upon completion of the course. The event features a Best Costume competition, where participants are encouraged to wear costumes, and a group photograph is taken at the start of the race.
