The Montrose 4th of July 5K & 10K takes place on July 4, 2026 in Montrose, Pennsylvania. The start and finish are at 31 Lake Ave., Montrose, PA 18801. The Montrose Kiwanis Club and Montrose Lions Club sponsor the event. Proceeds support local community service projects and programs, including school scholarships, library and fire company funding, ambulance and food pantry support, park restoration, holiday food and toy programs, and other local grants and events.

Registration and race services
Base entry is listed as $25 per distance; listed total fees include processing charges. Early-bird and regular prices are shown ($28.63 early, $33.80 after mid-June). Registrants receive a t-shirt if registered by mid-June. Personalized bibs are available if registration is completed three weeks before the race. Other listed services include live/text/email results and free finish-line photos. Awards are given to top overall and masters finishers and to age-group leaders across standard age brackets. Early bib pickup is offered the day before the event on the Green near the Courthouse, and race-day pickup is available at the event. Team registration is optional.
