Event overview
The Binghamton Santa Run is a holiday-themed 5K run/walk in downtown Binghamton on Sunday, December 14, 2025. The event supports St. John the Evangelist School and is presented by local Toyota dealerships Empire, Gault, and Williams Toyota. Participants are encouraged to wear holiday costumes; a costume contest and fun divisions award prizes for themed outfits.

Course and logistics
The start and finish are at the Court Street Bridge in front of Boscov's Department Store. The course passes west on Court Street, then Front Street, Riverside Drive, Beethoven Street, and Main Street. Start elevation is listed at 855 ft and maximum elevation at 909 ft. Early packet pickup is available the day before at Confluence Running in Johnson City. Limited parking is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel (225 Water Street) and additional municipal garages nearby.
Registration, divisions and policies
Entrants who register on or before November 26, 2025 are listed as receiving a long-sleeve shirt, Santa hat, and a photo with Santa; registrations after that date may not receive a shirt. The event includes competitive divisions (overall, masters 40+, age groups) with gift-card prizes and several fun Santa divisions with costume awards.
