Event overview
The Moms' Run takes place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Philip Simmons High School in Charleston, SC. This is the 23rd annual running and walking event held on Mother’s Day weekend. The program includes multiple distance options and family activities, and proceeds support Postpartum Support Charleston’s maternal mental health work.

- Kids Dash (open to ages 3–10; includes untimed entry into the 5K)
Practical details
Registrants receive a commemorative race t-shirt. The first 500 to check in at packet pickup receive a race bag. All 1-mile and 5K finishers receive flowers; finish line snacks and access to pre- and post-race family activities are provided. The event features a kids activity area that includes a photo booth and a bubble dome. Packet pickup is scheduled for May 7 (location to be determined) and on race day at Philip Simmons High School. The course is closed to new arrivals after the event begins; the venue only has one entry and exit. The event is held rain or shine.
