Moms' Run : Charleston, SC
Moms' Run is scheduled for May 9, 2026, at Philip Simmons High School, 3080 River Village Drive, Charleston, SC. The event offers a mix of timed and untimed participation options for adults and children and is presented as a community morning of running, walking, and family activities.
The event program includes:
- Adult 5K
- Adult with stroller 5K
- Child 5K (ages 3 to 10)
- 1 mile walk
- Kids Dash (ages 3 to 10; includes untimed entry into the 5K)
Participants who register receive a commemorative race t-shirt. The first 500 to check in at packet pickup receive a race bag. All 1 mile and 5K finishers receive flowers and there are finish line snacks. A kids activity area will feature a photo booth and a bubble dome, and pre- and post-event family activities are part of the schedule.
Packet pickup is scheduled on May 7 (location to be determined) and on race day at Philip Simmons High School. The venue operates as a closed site once the event has started and animals are not permitted on site. Proceeds support Postpartum Support Charleston and its work providing resources for maternal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety.
