The Stoney 100 is a community driven track event held at Stoney Field in the Charleston, South Carolina area on May 8-9, 2026. The event is organized to raise awareness and funds for mental health. All funds raised will go to Charleston Hope, a local nonprofit that increases access to mental and behavioral resources in Title 1 schools.
Racing takes place on a standard outdoor track. Distances offered include:
- 100 miles
- 50 miles
- Marathon
- Half marathon
- 10K
- 5K
Participants are asked to create a personal fundraiser and to raise at least $500. The event notes that it is not a traditional race with full aid stations and on-course support; athletes are expected to prepare, plan, and take ownership of their race day execution. Event logistics and further details will be provided to registered participants prior to race day.
The event description emphasizes community, honest conversations about endurance and perseverance, and support for mental health. Registration closes May 5, 2026. Additional event information will be shared with registered participants closer to the date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
