The 49th Annual Mission Inn Foundation Run takes place in Riverside, California on October 18, 2026. The event is a primary fundraiser for the Mission Inn Foundation and Museum, a 501c3 nonprofit. The course traditionally starts in downtown Riverside and winds through parks, landmarks, and historic neighborhoods.
