Midlothian ISD Athletics Hall of Honor 5K and Fun Run
This event on November 14, 2026, at 1800 South 14th Street, Midlothian, Texas, includes a 5K race and a 1 mile fun run. It supports the Midlothian ISD Athletics Hall of Honor mission to recognize contributions to MISD athletics and to fund scholarships for graduating MISD senior student-athletes.
The Hall of Honor was established in 2014 to celebrate individuals, teams, coaches, and community supporters who have distinguished themselves in MISD athletics. The Hall also hosts an annual induction banquet and awards scholarships to qualifying graduating student-athletes.
Event details note that early registrations include an official race bib and a T-shirt for registrations received by November 3, 2026; T-shirts are then available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Packet pickup is held on race day only. Registration fees increase by five dollars on race day.
Awards are presented after the 5K. Plaques are given to overall male and female finishers and to male and female masters. Medals are awarded male and female, three deep, in the following age groups: 10 and under; 11 to 14; 15 to 19; 20 to 24; 25 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; 70 and over.
