The 12th Annual Mansfield Run With Heart takes place Saturday, November 14, 2026 at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, 2700 E. Broad Street, Mansfield, TX 76063. The event coincides with the 20th anniversary of Methodist Mansfield Medical Center and is organized to honor people affected by heart disease, recognize emergency responders, and support the local community.
Race options include:
- 10K chip-timed event
- 5K chip-timed run/walk
- One mile Fun Run and Walk
- Celebration Walk for Heart Health Champions
Entry fees vary by registration period. Lower registration fees apply for registrations completed by September 30, 2026; higher fees apply for registrations completed by November 13, 2026; race-day registration is available at increased rates. Early packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2026 at the Methodist Mansfield Medical Center Cafeteria. Race-day packet pickup is available at the race site on November 14, 2026.
Awards are offered for overall and masters male and female finishers and for the listed age-group categories in the 5K and 10K. All 5K and 10K finishers receive a commemorative finisher medal.
