Miriam’s Kitchen 5k & 10k (Run 4 MK) : Fletcher’s Cove, Washington, DC
Miriam’s Kitchen presents the fifth annual Run 4 MK at Fletcher’s Cove, located at 4940 Canal Rd NW in Washington, DC, on Saturday, November 14, 2026. The event is held in partnership with Bishop’s Events and is scheduled near Veterans Day and the start of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week (November 15-21).
The run supports Miriam’s Kitchen’s programs and services focused on ending chronic homelessness in Washington, DC. Participation is available in person and virtually, and the event includes opportunities for fundraising and corporate sponsorship to benefit the organization’s work.
The course takes place within an area regularly served by the organization’s outreach team, offering a connection between the race location and the community it serves. The event also honors the legacy of a late community leader and former guest who advocated for housing stability.
