Miriam's Kitchen 5k & 10k : Run 4 MK (2026)
Miriam’s Kitchen presents the fifth annual Run 4 MK on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Fletcher’s Cove, 4940 Canal Rd NW, Washington, DC. The event is organized in partnership with Bishop’s Events and is tied to Miriam’s Kitchen’s ongoing work to address chronic homelessness in Washington, DC.
The race is scheduled near Veterans Day and at the start of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week (November 15-21, 2026). The course location sits within an area regularly served by the organization’s Outreach Team, creating a direct link between the event and local service efforts. The event honors the legacy of a late community member who was both an avid runner and an advocate for housing stability.
Participants may take part in person or virtually. Fundraising options are available to support Miriam’s Kitchen programs and services that assist people experiencing homelessness.
