The Annapolis Striders present the 17th annual Rosaryville Veterans Day Trail Race on November 14, 2026 in Rosaryville State Park, Upper Marlboro, MD. Distances offered:

- 20K
Both races use the 9.5 mile single track perimeter trail and start and finish at the Pavilion picnic area near the perimeter trail entrance. The 50K is roughly 3.25 loops of the perimeter trail and the 20K is roughly 1.25 loops. The 50K accumulates about 2600 feet of elevation gain from rolling hills. Much of the course runs through deep woods and meadows on mostly buffed single track; the trail is not highly technical but includes roots, rocks, and stumps hidden in leaf cover.
Course support includes two aid stations, a designated drop bag area close to the start and finish, and course markings using white pie plates and white confidence ribbons. Runners will have access to drop bags at approximately the 5k, 20k, and 35k points. The race is limited to 250 participants and has time limits of eight hours for the 50K and seven hours for the 20K; organizers enforce course cutoffs at the bag drop/trail exit on the final lap.
Rules note that headphones, pets, and baby joggers are not allowed. Pacers on foot are permitted on Loop 3. Awards recognize top finishers by gender and top military male and female for both distances. Post-race food and festivities include hot food, fire pits, music, and yard games.
