Event Details
Miola Madness is a timed running event held around Miola Lake in Paola, Kansas. It is part of a three-event series. Participants can choose from several race formats: a 10K distance or timed events of 3 hours, 6 hours, 9 hours, or 12 hours. The event is described as a no-frills, fun run.
Course and Format
The course is a roughly 6-mile loop on crushed limestone trails around Miola Lake. Runners in the timed events can run as much or as little as they wish within their chosen time limit. The event features a primary, fully stocked aid station and a secondary fluid-only station. Hammer Nutrition provides electrolyte drinks, gels, and other performance fuel.
Venue and Facilities
All races start and finish at the boat ramp trailhead, which serves as the main Race Hub. This area includes restrooms, a dog park, and is a short drive from a beach. It is also a designated area for crew support and spectator cheering.
Policies
There are no refunds, transfers, or deferrals for this event. The race will be held regardless of weather conditions.
