The course features one primary abundantly stocked aid station and a secondary fluids only aid station. Hammer Nutrition will provide electrolyte drink, gels, and other performance fuel.
The boat ramp trail head serves as the main race hub and the location for start and finish. This area includes restrooms, a nearby dog park, and nearby access to the beach. The hub is identified as the primary location for crews and volunteers.
The 10K is a newly offered distance; inaugural records for male and female finishers will be recorded and those setting or breaking event records will receive a record setter sign. The event has a no refunds, transfers, or deferrals policy and proceeds regardless of weather. Course rules require pets on leash, no littering, staying on designated trail, respect for volunteers and park staff, and that crews meet runners only at designated crew access aid stations.
