Course, aid, and race hub

The course uses an approximately 6-mile crushed limestone loop around Miola Lake. Start and finish are at the boat ramp trail head, which serves as the main race hub. The hub area has restrooms, a nearby dog park, and is a short drive from a beach. The course has one primary, abundantly stocked aid station and one secondary fluid-only aid station. Hammer Nutrition will supply electrolyte drink, gels, and other performance fuel.

Rules and policies

Pets must be leashed. Littering is prohibited. Runners must stay on the designated trail and respect volunteers and park staff. Crew access is limited to designated crew aid stations.
