Miola Madness - Fall Edition
Miola Madness - Fall Edition is a timed running event on November 7, 2026 in Paola, KS, organized by Midwest Endurance Race Co. It is the third event in a three-part Miola Madness Series.
The event takes place on an approximately 6-mile crushed limestone loop around Miola Lake. Participants may run for set time periods or enter a short-course distance on the same loop. Distances offered include:

- 9 hours
- 6 hours
- 3 hours
- 10K
The course features one primary, abundantly stocked aid station and a secondary fluid-only aid station. Hammer Nutrition is listed as a provider of electrolyte drink, gels, and other performance fuel.
Start and finish are located at the boat ramp trail head, which also serves as the main race hub and crew area. Restrooms are available near the hub, and a dog park and beach are a short drive away.
Event rules require pets to be kept on leash, prohibit littering, and ask runners to stay on the designated trail and to be respectful of volunteers and park staff. Crews must meet runners only at designated crew access aid stations. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are available, and the event will proceed regardless of weather.
