Ultrapalooza : Osawatomie, KS, September 26–27, 2026
Ultrapalooza is a multi-distance trail event held on the Flint Hills Trail in Osawatomie, Kansas. The event is part of the Kansas Super Slam of Ultrarunning Series and is organized by Midwest Endurance Race Co. Races take place over the weekend of September 26–27, 2026.

- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
The course is an out-and-back route on mostly flat, crushed gravel that follows single-track, old railroad beds, and towpath trail. The route passes through the Flint Hills tallgrass prairie and sections alongside the Marais Des Cygnes River, and it follows portions of the Santa Fe National Historic Trail and the American Discovery Trail.
Aid stations include a mix of manned and unmanned stations. Manned stations are stocked with water, Hammer nutrition products, electrolyte drinks, snack foods, sandwiches, gels, and similar items; unmanned stations provide water only. Aid stations are placed no more than 6 miles apart.
Time limits apply by distance, for example a 30 hour limit for the longest distances and shorter limits for shorter races. Pacers are permitted for the 100 mile, 100K, and 50 mile distances with specific entry, age, and conduct rules. Drop bag service is available at manned aid stations with labeling requirements and size limits. The event offers race shirts, swag, distance-specific awards, and staffed start/finish facilities with music, a food truck, and restrooms.
