Midwest Endurance Ultrapalooza - Osawatomie, Kansas
Midwest Endurance Ultrapalooza is a multi-distance running event held September 26-27, 2026 at the Mile 0 Flint Hills trailhead in Osawatomie, Kansas. Distances offered include:

- 10K
- 5K
The course is an out-and-back that uses single-track trail, old railroad beds and towpath trail segments and is described as flat, crushed gravel. The route travels through the Flint Hills tallgrass prairie and along the Marais Des Cygnes River, passing bluffs, farmland and riparian woodlands. The Flint Hills Trail follows the general route of the Santa Fe National Historic Trail and is part of the American Discovery Trail.
Aid support includes a mix of manned and unmanned stations. Manned stations are stocked with water, Hammer nutrition products, snack foods, sandwiches, chips, candy and gels; unmanned stations provide water only. The event states aid stations are spaced no more than 6.0 miles apart.
Rules and services: pacers are permitted for the 100 Miler, 100K and 50 Miler with distance-based entry restrictions and required pacer bibs and waivers. There is a drop bag system with one bag allowed per manned aid station; bags must be clearly labeled. Runners must submit a completed Medical Information Sheet at packet pickup. The race has a no-refund, no-transfer policy; race entry deferral to the following year is allowed with minimum advance notice to race management.
