Mile 0 Flint Hills Trail Race
The Mile 0 Flint Hills Trail Race is held at the Mile 0 Trailhead in Osawatomie, Kansas, at 1400 South St. The event uses the Flint Hills Trail, a converted rail corridor that is described as the longest of Kansas 3,000 plus miles of public trails. All distances are run on a crushed gravel, flat out and back course.

Manned aid stations are fully stocked and are located at approximately every 5.0 miles. Unmanned water stations are available at about every 2.5 miles. Manned stations include water, Hammer Nutrition and Heed electrolyte drinks, snack foods, sandwiches, chips, candy, Hammer gels, and other items. On course timers and computerized finish times are provided.
Entries for the 50K, 20 mile, and 10 mile include unisex tri blend race shirts, stocked aid stations, pre and post race food, complimentary race photos, sponsor swag, and finisher medals. Fun Run entries include stocked aid stations, pre and post race food, complimentary race photos, and a lapel pin; participants choose and time their own distance for the Fun Run.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, April 24 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Mile 0 Trailhead, with race day packet pickup available at the same location. The event has a no refund and no transfer policy; deferral to the same race the following year is permitted with at least 10 days notice.
