Mile 0 Flint Hills Trail Race is a trail event on the Flint Hills Trail near Osawatomie, Kansas. Distances offered include:

All distances are run as out-and-back routes on a crushed gravel trail. The course is described as flat and suitable for multi-use trail running. The Flint Hills Trail is presented as a long public trail with historical rail use and a reclaimed pathway.
Manned aid stations are fully stocked with water, electrolyte drinks, snack foods, sandwiches, chips, candy, gels, and other supplies. Unmanned stations provide water only. Aid stations are spaced approximately every 5.0 miles with water accessible within about 2.5 miles.
Entries for the 50K, 20 mile, and 10 mile include unisex technical race shirts, stocked aid stations, pre and post event food, complimentary race photos, sponsor swag, and distance specific finisher medals. Fun Run entries include stocked aid stations, pre and post event food, complimentary photos, and a lapel pin; participants are responsible for their own distance and timing.
Timing is provided with on-course timers and computerized finish times. The event has a no refund and no transfer policy; deferral to the same race next year is allowed if requested at least ten days before the event through the race director via the registration system.
