Miola Madness - Spring Into Daylight Savings
Miola Madness - Spring Into Daylight Savings is a timed running event in Paola, KS. Event options include:

The course is a roughly 6-mile crushed limestone loop around Miola Lake. The start and finish are at the boat ramp trail head, which also serves as the main race hub. The hub area includes restrooms, a nearby dog park, and is a short drive from the beach. This event is the first of a three-part Miola Madness series; series finishers receive a series sticker and a series finisher jacket. The 10K is a newly added distance; inaugural male and female records are available and record setters receive a RECORD SETTER sign.
Course support and rules
The course has one primary, abundantly stocked aid station and a secondary aid station with water and gels only. Hammer Nutrition will provide electrolyte drink, gels, and other performance fuel. Key event rules: all pets must be leashed, littering is prohibited, runners must stay on the designated trail, participants must be respectful of volunteers and park staff, and crews may meet runners only at designated crew access aid stations.
