Fall Farm Fest 5K
Fall Farm Fest 5K is a 5K run/walk taking place on October 3, 2026 at the Miner Institute grounds in Chazy, New York. The event marks the centennial anniversary of the regional hospital CVPH and supports nursing education and programs at the CVPH Foundation.
The event is organized in partnership between the Miner Institute and the CVPH Foundation and is dedicated in memory of an individual whose inspiration helped create the event. Proceeds are intended to benefit nursing education and initiatives that support nursing excellence in the North Country.
The course combines on-road and off-road sections through the scenic farm landscapes and fields of the Miner Institute. The setting includes historic farm buildings and open agricultural areas that form part of the route.
On-site activities and attractions scheduled include the Heart's Delight Farm Heritage Exhibit, historic horse and dairy barns, bounce houses for children, pumpkin painting, and refreshments available for purchase from Whistle Stop.
