Lake City Running Festival, Plattsburgh, NY
The Lake City Running Festival takes place on May 29, 2027 and features multiple road race distances that follow the shore of Lake Champlain. Races start at Plattsburgh City Beach and use the Beach Bike Path and nearby streets.

The 5K course follows the Beach Bike Path along the lake with a turnaround on Cumberland Ave, then retraces back to the beach and through the bike path.
The 10K uses the same initial route as the 5K and the half marathon, continuing past the 5K turnaround to a point just past the historical Plattsburgh Train Station. The 10K course includes lake views and four aid stations.
The half marathon follows the east side of Plattsburgh while staying close to the lake shoreline. The route passes under the MacDonough Monument, has minimal hills, and includes nine aid stations.
