Event details
Miles Of Strength takes place on Jan 24, 2026, at Nocatee Station Field in Nocatee, Florida, near Ponte Vedra. The event includes a main 5K, a Fun Run/1-Mile Walk, and a virtual 5K option. The 5K course is a single-loop route that follows wide bike and golf cart paths. A post race party will be held at Treylor Park Nocatee. The YMCA at Nocatee and the RITA Foundation are organizing the event to support YMCA programs, including Healthy Aging Programs, Military Initiatives, and Healthy Living Programs such as LIVESTRONG at the YMCA.

Registration and awards
5K entry fees and shirt policies:
- Early entry: $35 until Jan 10, 2026, includes a shirt.
- Late entry: $40 until Jan 23, 2026, online; does not include a shirt.
- Race day entry: $45 by QR code, cash, or check; does not include a shirt.
Virtual 5K follows the same fee structure; shipping a shirt and medal costs an additional $10. One Mile entry fee is $20 early and $25 late; it does not include a shirt, but a shirt can be purchased for $10. The top 200 finishers in the 5K receive finisher medals at the finish. Awards are presented to overall male and female winners and in ten-year age groups from 9 and under to 80 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
