Event overview
Miles Of Strength is a community running event taking place in Nocatee, FL on January 24, 2026. It is organized by the YMCA at Nocatee in partnership with the RITA Foundation to support YMCA programs, including Healthy Aging Programs, Military Initiatives and the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA healthy living program offered free to the community. The event location is Nocatee Station Field next to the Nocatee Spray Park in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
Race format and course
The event offers in-person and virtual options. Distances include:
- 5K
- 1 mile run/walk
- Free kids fun run A single-loop course uses wide bike and golf cart paths. A virtual race app is available to track and upload verified times.
Entry, awards and post-race
5K entry fees: early entry is $35 (includes a shirt) through January 10, 2026; late online entry is $40 through January 23, 2026 (does not include a shirt); race day entry is $45 via QR code, cash or check (does not include a shirt). Virtual 5K fees follow the same structure, with an optional $10 shipping fee for shirt and medal. One mile entry is $20 early and $25 late; shirts are not included but may be purchased for $10. The top 200 finishers of the 5K and 1 mile will receive finisher medals at the finish. Awards will be given to overall male and female winners and in ten-year age groups from 9 and under to 80 and over. A post-race party will be held at Treylor Park Nocatee.
