Event overview
Miles for Migraine - Arizona 2026 is a fundraising event held at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, Arizona on March 14, 2026. The event supports migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research. Format and entries
The event offers three participation options:
- 2 Mile Walk
- 5K Run
- Relax experience only
The 5K run is chip timed. The 2 Mile Walk and the Relax option are free; donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. A virtual participation option is available and includes a participant shirt and finisher medal for the listed fee.
Logistics and extras
There will be pre-event speakers and a festival area with sponsors. Packet pick-up is available on the day of the event and there is an additional pre-event packet pick-up opportunity the day before. Awards and fundraising-based swag are offered, including awards for top fundraisers, teams, and overall finishers. A course map and course description are noted as coming soon.
