Michelle's House Walk Run Bike
This event at College Woods in East Rock Park in New Haven offers separate options to walk, run or bike on park trails and nearby roads. The organizer provides a free lunch for all participants.

The 5K course follows the Mill River and circles the base of East Rock before returning to the finish. Parts of the route run through College Woods and are shaded.
Entry fees and age rules vary by activity. Walk and run pricing is free for ages 1 to 12 with registration required, $12 for ages 13 to 18, and $25 for participants 19 and older. The bike ride requires participants to be 19 years or older, with a $25 fee for eligible riders.
The event includes fundraising opportunities. Fundraising can be done with a paper pledge form obtained by contacting the organizer, or through the event's online fundraising page.
