Junior Proms Dash 3K Winter Series 2026/2027
The Junior Proms Dash is a youth running series featuring a 3K course on The Beach Esplanade, Aberdeen. The series is promoted under SAL rules and the course has been measured by Jones Counter. All profits from the series will go to Abernecessities.
The organiser lists a series of race dates that include 9 October, 13 November, 11 December, 15 January 2027, 12 February and 19 March. The event on 13 November 2026 is one of these series fixtures. Entries are open to Primary 5 (age 9) and upwards. Entry is by pre-entry only and each race requires a separate entry; the fee is £2 per race. Numbers are to be collected on the day and participants must report to registration at each race. Competitors are expected to use the same number for the series where applicable.
Overall series results are based on accumulated times from three races and series prizes will be awarded in various categories. A facility is provided to transfer an entry to another competitor when necessary. Results will be posted on the NESAP Facebook group. The published total capacity for the event is 100 places.
