Merry Mitchmas 5K and 10K
The event takes place on 12/19/2026 at Mitch Park in Edmond, Oklahoma, located at 1501 W Covell Road, Edmond OK 73003, United States.
Distances and formats include:
- 5K (3.1 miles): one external lap of the Mitch Park trail system.
- 10K (6.2 miles): two external laps of the Mitch Park trail system.
- 1/2 mile kids dash: flat out and back route.
- 5K pushchair and 10K pushchair divisions.
- Virtual 5K option.
The 5K and 10K courses are described as a combination of flat to gently rolling terrain with some inclines. Pushchair divisions are for athletes riding in pushchairs supported by organizations such as Team Hoyt Oklahoma, Ainsley’s Angels, and the Oklahoma City Landrunners. Athletes serving as pushers should register in the regular 5K to be included in the open division.
Registration fees vary by division: 5K and 10K entries are listed at $30, the kids dash at $20, pushchair divisions are listed as free, and the virtual 5K at $45. Virtual participants may submit a time to the virtual results and can receive a finisher medal at packet pick up; packets are not available for mailing but may be picked up by a friend or family member.
