Merrick Hill Race

The Merrick Hill Race is an 8-mile running event set in the scenic Galloway forest region of southwest Scotland, featuring a challenging climb of 2,900 feet. Participants will ascend the highest mountain south of Ben Lomond, the Merrick, at 2,765 feet. The race begins and ends at Bruce’s Stone in Glentrool, following a route that includes the Fell of Eschoncan and Bennan Hill.
