Merriam Turkey Creek Festival 5K Run/Walk

The Merriam Turkey Creek Festival 5K Run/Walk is a community race held on May 16, 2026, in Merriam, Kansas. The course and event activities take place at Merriam Marketplace, 5740 Merriam Drive, Merriam, KS 66203. The event supports the Merriam Parks, Recreation and Community Center Foundation Scholarship Fund.

The race offers timed results with chip timing provided by Eagle Eye Race Timing. Medals are awarded to finishers and to competitors who place in age-group categories. Registrations received before May 8 include a shirt. Team entries are available for groups of four or more and a team registration option is listed separately.

There is also a youth sprint for younger runners that is offered free after the main race. Event pricing listed includes a standard 5K fee of $25 and a team registration fee of $20; the 5K entry fee increases after April 28, 2026. Team registration opens April 20, 2026.
