Hospital Hill Run
The Hospital Hill Run will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Crown Center Square, 2450 Grand Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64108. The 2026 edition is the 53rd running of the event. Organizers describe it as the oldest road race in Kansas City and one of the oldest half-marathons in the country. The race date was moved earlier in May because of activities related to FIFA World Cup 26 in Kansas City.

Race details and participant information
Entry fees listed on the event page are: Half Marathon $75, 10K $50, 5K $35. Virtual event fees are: Virtual Half $60, Virtual 10K $45, Virtual 5K $40. A service fee of $2.00 is noted. The half marathon and virtual half marathon are open to ages 15 and older. The event lists an official charity partner, Children's Mercy, and multiple sponsors.
