Event overview
The Hospital Hill Run is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Crown Center Square, 2450 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64108. The event marks the 53rd Annual Hospital Hill Run and is described by the organizer as the oldest road race in Kansas City and one of the oldest half-marathons in the country.
