Event Overview
The Hospital Hill Run is a running event scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri. The 2026 edition will be held on an earlier date in May due to activities surrounding the FIFA World Cup 26 in Kansas City. It is described as the oldest road race in Kansas City and one of the oldest half-marathons in the country; this will be its 53rd annual running.

Finishers at the in-person event also receive finish-line food and drink, on-course entertainment, and access to a post-race party.
