Event overview
The C26 Kansas City Triathlon takes place on May 17, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri (11101 Raytown Rd, 64134). The event offers Olympic, sprint and duathlon formats, plus an Elite division and an Olympic relay option. Swim starts use a time trial format for novice and veteran divisions and a wave start for Elite athletes. The bike and run courses are closed to traffic and described as flat. The event is held early in the season and may be wetsuit legal. Each participant must be registered under their own name with accurate information. Registration fees are non-refundable. The race director may cancel the event for weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances that pose a significant danger.
