Mercer County Twilight QUAD - Dam Race (Sharpsville)
DAM Race - QUAD 2 is one stop in the Mercer County Twilight QUAD, a summer running series marking its 43rd anniversary and described as the region's oldest continuous running series. Events in the series occur on Wednesday evenings during the summer months and the series has recorded over 50,000 finishers through its first 140 events.
The Sharpsville event is based at Thelma's Sports Nook, 255 East High Street, Sharpsville, PA 16150. The course is an out and back that crosses the Shenango Dam causeway with a turnaround on a paved rails to trails road.

Race offerings and services include chip timing with timing mats at miles 1, 2, and 3, a digital clock and timing services provided by THE RUNNER'S HIGH, and specialty QUAD shirts available on site on a first come first serve basis. Runners who complete all four events in the series receive a commemorative award; typically more than 150 participants complete all four events each year.
